MAISON SYBARITE Bed of Roses is an Eau de Parfum. This fragrance speaks to the very soul of goodness. Once the perfume has become your ally, it will always lift you up.

The legend tells Sybarites used to lay down on a bed of roses petals, but unable to get to sleep because one of the petals was folded over. This feminine blend is a sensual and sparkling combination of elegant fresh bergamot with an added hint of saffron. The powdery orris joins the versatile rose to achieve an intensely romantic accord. Tolu completes the sophisticated harmony, giving dimension, glory, and nobility.

Stunning! It was exactly what I wanted. I'm a sucker for deep, gothy, Rose scents and it didn't disappoint. The bottom notes of patchouli, tolu and cedar give the rose the depth and a sultry magnitude. The cardamom and saffron give it personality and complexity without covering up the Rose. While the mandarin and bergamot don't stand out too much on me, it does just enough from keeping the perfume feeling too heavy and give it freshness. Strong without being overwhelming. Sweet without being sugary or cloying. Long lasting, gothy and reminds me of Memorize London and Amouroud quality of perfume. Absolutely gorgeous. If you don't like rose, don't like spicy or orientals, if you don't like strong perfume on the first spray; this isn't for you.
