Luxury Scent Box club is a monthly fragrance subscription box providing approximately a month supply of fragrance. Create your profile and take a short survey to receive fragrance recommendations. Choose your fragrance monthly by adding new scents to your calendar. Get yours monthly. Receive a luxurious travel size spray with your choice of fragrance as a part of your monthly consultation.

What is the cost of Luxury Scent Box Monthly Standard Membership?

$15.00 monthly. You will receive a luxurious travel size spray 0.30 fl oz/ 9 ml. Includes your choice of fragrance. First month includes Signature Luxury Scent Box reusable case. Benefits as a member receive a new case quarterly for the season. If you choose a premium fragrance for the month, you will be charged an additional $3.00 for only the specified month.

What is the cost of Luxury Scent Box Annual Standard Membership?

$165.00 for 12 months. Pay upfront and receive 1 month free. Therefore you are charged for only 11 months and your 12th month is free. Benefits as a member receive a new case quarterly for the season. No access to Premium Fragrances.

What is the cost of Luxury Scent Box Annual Premium Membership?

$198.00 for 12 months. Pay upfront and receive 1 month free. Therefore you are charged for only 11 months and your 12th month is free. Benefits as a Premium Member receive a new case each month and have access to all fragrances.

What is the size of Luxury Scent Box Fragrance Travel Spray?

0.30 fl oz/ 9ml (Approximately 1 month supply of fragrance/150 sprays)

Do I have to sign a long term contract?

No, There is no contracts. Only Month to Month billing or Pre-Paid Annual Memberships. No Commitments.

Can I Cancel Any Time?

Yes. You can cancel any time. If you are billed and cancel after your billing date. There is no refunds.

What color of case will I receive my first month?

First month you will receive the signature Luxury Scent Box case.

Can I choose the color of case for the first month?

No. You can not choose the color of case.

Can I purchase on Luxury Scent Box without being a member?

No. You must be a member to make any purchases.

Is Luxury Scent Box available outside the USA?

No. Currently Luxury Scent Box ships only within the USA.

Can I downgrade or upgrade my membership?

Yes. On the monthly plan you can downgrade or upgrade your membership type.

I'm a new member. What should I expect?

Your Luxury Scent Box is on its way shortly! You will receive an email with tracking details once your Luxury Scent Box is in processing. Please allow 1-2 days for the tracking details to update. Usually delivered within 10 business days.

How long does it take to receive my first box?

The first time when you become a member your order will be processed and shipped soon. Once shipped your Luxury Scent Box is usually delivered within 10 business days. You will receive an email with tracking details after the item is shipped.

Will my quarterly case be shipped automatically?

Yes. Automatically receive a new case for the months of February, May, August and November.

Can I receive more then one Luxury Scent Box per month?

Yes. On the monthly or annual plan you can receive more then one Luxury Scent Box. If you would like to purchase Extras during the month this is optional. We also offer a duo plan that can be activated in "My Account".

What is Extras?

An Extra is an additional Luxury Scent Box that can be ordered any time during the month. Extras are $18.00. Includes a signature Luxury Scent Box case. Free shipping. Ships within 1-4 business days from the order date.

How do I purchase extra cases?

You can purchase extra cases. Log in and clicking on Cases. Each case is $10.00 and shipping is free. This does not include a fragrance. You will only receive the case. Cases are shipped 1-4 business days from the order date.

Is there any hidden fee or charges for shipping?

No. Shipping is free.

Luxury Scent Box offers only 100% authentic fragrances provided to us from partnerships, vendors, manufacturers, and distributors. Luxury Scent Box repackages original and or authentic fragrances as a part of the monthly consultation included in your membership. Luxury Scent Box is a solely independent company from the Trademarks, Designers and or the Brand Names. All copyrighted Trademarks, logos, and Designers, Brand Names are the sole property of the designer and or creator. Luxury Scent Box makes no warranties or representations expressed or implied to the Trademarks, Designers and or the Brand Names. Luxury Scent Box uses the method of decanting. Decanting is defined as a method of transferring from one bottle to another.

Does Luxury Scent box manufacture fragrances?

No. All fragrances are 100% authentic from the designer and or manufacturer.

Can I travel with my Luxury Scent Box Travel Spray on a plane?

Yes, you can travel with you Luxury Scent Box travel atomizer. It meets Transportation Security Administration Regulations for traveling. Please refer to TSA regulations at https://tsa.gov/travel/security-screening/liquids-rule

How many sprays will I receive with Luxury Scent Box?

Approximately 150 sprays.

Is it required to take the Fragrance Survey?

No, it is not required but is suggested to help you find the perfect scent. If you decide not to take the fragrance survey, you have the option to select Browse All Fragrances from the drop down menu of WOMEN or MEN.

How do I receive Fragrance Recommendations?

Simply take the Fragrance Survey.

How can I take the Fragrance Survey?

Can I take the Fragrance Survey again?

Yes. At anytime you can receive new fragrance recommendations by taking the Fragrance Survey. Simply Click GET STARTED from the home page. Once you take the survey recommendations are populated.

FRAGRANCE CALENDAR

How do I add fragrances to my Fragrance Calendar?

On Browse Men or Women Fragrances on a specific fragrance click ADD TO CALENDAR below the fragrance image. It will automatically add it to your calendar.

How do I update my Fragrance Calendar?

You can update your Fragrance Calendar by logging in from the top menu Browse Men or Women Fragrances. In your fragrance calendar you can delete a fragrance you have selected for a month or replace it with a new fragrance. If you have not yet selected a fragrance for a month you can select the fragrance and add it to your calendar. Select UPDATE CALENDAR once you made your changes to the calendar. Drag to sort Fragrance Calendar.

How can I delete a product from my Fragrance Calendar?

Yes. You can delete a fragrance you have selected for a month from your Fragrance Calendar by clicking on the "X" top of the image in the Fragrance Calendar.

Can I change my fragrance in my calendar to a different month?

As a first time member your first monthly fragrance can not be changed since it is in processing. Any month going forward can be changed. Simply by dragging and dropping the images in your Fragrance Calendar prior to your billing date of each month. If you have not yet selected a fragrance for a month you can select the fragrance and add it to your calendar.

What if I do not have a fragrance in my calendar?

We will ship the fragrances you have in your Fragrance Calendar. If there is no fragrance selected for the month you will receive the featured Scent of The Month or a real person will analyze your results from the Fragrance Survey and profile. Your fragrance specialist will hand pick the perfect scent for you and it will automatically be shipped to you for that month.

Can I add Men and Women fragrances to a calendar within one membership?

Yes. You can add both Men and Women fragrances to a calendar for any month.

I don't know what fragrance to select for the month?

We are always here to help. Contact us by email and a fragrance specialist will provide fragrance recommendations.

BILLING

What form of payment is accepted?

We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards. Pre-paid cards are not accepted.

What is my billing date?

The first time when you sign up for a membership you will be billed immediately. Going forward the next month you be billed automatically on the same date you first became a member of each month (This may vary up to 5 business days.) Each month your membership is automatically renewed each billing period unless you cancel or pause your account.

Can I pay for all my memberships at once?

Yes. You can only pay for your memberships in advance by selecting the Annual Membership Plan.

What if my Annual Membership plan ends?

It will automatically renew for another year unless you cancel. If you do not want it to renew for another year be sure to cancel before the 1st of the month.

How do I update my billing information?

Log into your profile. Click MY ACCOUNT on the top menu and Click UPDATE PAYMENT INFO.

Can I be billed every other month instead of each month?

Yes. We offer bi-monthly. You will be billed every other month. Log into your profile. Click MY ACCOUNT on the top menu and Click PAYMENT FREQUENCIES.

How to change your billing frequency?

Log into your profile. Click MY ACCOUNT on the top menu and Click PAYMENT FREQUENCIES.

Can I pause my membership?

Yes. You can pause your account up to 3 months. Click MY ACCOUNT on the top menu and Click PAYMENT FREQUENCIES.

Is tax charged on my membership?

No. You will not be charged sales tax. This is a subscription service.

Can I change my billing date?

Yes, you can change your billing date by contacting customer service by email. Please allow up to 4 business days for the change to take effect.

Where does Luxury Scent Box ship?

When is my Luxury Scent Box shipped?

Your Luxury Scent Box is on its way shortly! You will receive an email with tracking details once your Luxury Scent Box is in processing. Please allow 1-2 days for the tracking details to update. Usually delivered within 10 business days.

Can I ship my Luxury Scent Box to another address?

Yes. If you want to ship your Luxury Scent Box to a friend or family member simply log into your profile and change your shipping address before the 1st of each month. Once the address has been changed, your membership will be shipped to that address every month. Be sure to change the address into your profile to assure it will be shipped to the correct address. To change your address in your profile click on Account from the top menu and click Edit Shipping Information.

How do I track my shipment?

Login to your account. Click ACCOUNT from the top menu.

I received an email with tracking details but I can't track my shipment?

You will receive an email with tracking details when your order is processing. Allow 1-2 business days for the transit details to update.

How do I update my shipping address?

Log into your profile click ACCOUNT on the top menu. Click EDIT SHIPPING INFO. This must be done prior to your billing date. Luxury Scent Box is not responsible if this is not complete prior to your box being shipped.

Does Luxury Scent Box ship to APO addresses?

Yes within USA.

Can I purchase a Gift Membership?

Yes. You can purchase a gift membership by clicking on Gifts at the top menu.

Do I have to be a member to purchase a Gift Membership.

No. You simply need to create an account to complete the purchase of the Gift Membership.

Why should I buy a Gift Membership?

It's the perfect gift. Let them explore their senses and find their luxury. The receiver now can Thank you for the perfect gift. It's time saving. You don't need to guess what fragrance they will like.

How does a gift membership work?

Choose duration of Gift Membership. Tell us who and when to email the gift. Within a few minutes you are done. Once the receiver redeems their gift now they can choose a fragrance monthly by adding new scents to their calendar.

If I purchased a gift will I be charged for renewal when gift membership expires?

No. A gift receiver can extend their membership with their own payment method. They can extend their membership by checking out in their account once their gift membership expired.

What is a Luxury Scent Box Gift Set?

Each gift set has 2 Luxury Scent Box travel sprays with fragrances preselected by our specialists paired with the type of scents they will hopefully enjoy. Shipping is free.

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

Are returns accepted?

Luxury Scent Box is non refundable. Returns or exchanges are not accepted.

Can I cancel my subscription and becomes member again at a later time?

Yes.

How do I cancel my monthly account?

Log into your profile, click MY ACCOUNT. Click PAYMENT FREQUENCIES. You have the option to cancel or pause your account. Your cancellation is processed immediately. You must cancel prior to your billing date to assure you will not be billed. No refunds are processed. You can use your membership for the month you have been billed for until the term has ended.

Can I cancel an Annual Membership Plan?

No. You can not cancel your active Annual Membership.

How do I cancel the renewal of my Annual membership?

Log into your profile, click MY ACCOUNT. Click PAYMENT FREQUENCIES. Be sure to cancel before your renewal date.
